Video Types and Sizes
socialHANDLER will accept videos up to 25Mb in mp4 format.
Please ensure your video conforms to the sizes recommended by each social platform:-
- Facebook posts: 1200 x 630 pixels recommended / 600 x 315 pixels minimum
- LinkedIn posts: 1200 x 628 pixels recommended / 200 pixel width minimum
- Instagram posts*: 1080 x 1080 pixels (Square) / 1080 x 608 pixels (Landscape) / 1080 x 1350 (Portrait) recommended / 320 pixel width minimum
NOTE: Instagram are the most strict about image/video sizes/aspect ratio and will reject posts that are not correct. We have provided the following diagram for further visual help.
Videos outside of the above limits may get rejected and fail to post.
