Ensuring Emails from socialHANDLER reach your inbox
Sometimes Outlook junk mail filters can inadvertently cause socialHANDLER emails to go to spam or to reject them completely.
One way to ensure socialHANDLER emails reach your Outlook inbox is by adding socialhandler.online to its list of safe senders. This makes sure your notification emails go to your Outlook Inbox, no matter what the junk mail algorithm directs. The Safe Senders List overrides the Outlook standard spam detection filters. You can also whitelist complete domains using the Safe Senders List.
Here's how to do it:-
For desktop Outlook versions:-
- Click the 'Home' tab
- Click on the 'Junk' drop down and select 'Junk Email options' at the bottom of the list
- Click on 'Safe Senders' tab and click 'Add'
- In the 'Add address or domain' box enter 'socialhandler.online'
- Click 'Add'
- Outlook will now always deliver socialhandler emails to your inbox
For Office365 versions:-
- Click the cog (settings) icon at the top right
- Click on 'View all Outlook settings' link at the bottom of the settings window
- Click on 'Junk Email' to display Blocked and Safe senders lists
- Under 'Safe senders and domains' click 'Add' button
- In the box enter 'socialhandler.online'
- Hit enter to add the domain to your Safe senders list
- Office365 will now always deliver socialhandler emails to your inbox
