Transfer of a Local Office to a new Franchisee/Owner
- The new owner(s) is set up as SocialHANDLER system user(s).
- Previous users set up in the system should have their status changed by clicking 'Revoke access' next to the user, once the user transfer is completed.
- Full Admin rights are granted to the new owners for the pages within the Facebook settings of that page. This can be done by navigating to your business page, going to 'Page Settings > New Page experience' > Page access'
- Full admin rights are granted to the new owners for any Instagram accounts. This will require the existing user to pass the login details (username and password) to the new user. This can be used to link the Instagram account to the local office's Facebook page to allow publishing.
- Full admin rights are granted to the new owners of any Linkedin pages relating to the office. This can be done by an existing page administrator in Linkedin, by navigating to the Linkedin business page then going to 'Admin Tools > Manage Admins'
- Perform a reconnection of all social accounts.
- Check all contact information is correct in the 'Manage My Account' section
