Facebook: Resolving Connection problems
Here is a list of some common Facebook connection problems we have found and how to resolve them
Blank page shows when trying to connect to Facebook
This commonly happens when you are already logged into Facebook as a Page profile that you manage, rather than your real Facebook user profile (this can even happen unexpectedly just because you viewed a Page you manage and Facebook has a tendency to switch you into your Page profile). To check this, open a new browser tab and navigate to facebook.com. If you find you are already logged in, check the user icon at the top right. This should show your real Facebook user profile photo. If instead it looks like one of your Facebook pages then you need to switch the active user back to your real Facebook profile. Once you have done this, go back to socialHANDLER and try connecting to Facebook again. This time the connection should be successful.
